As the sun comes down every evening I like to normally pause and take stock of how much I have achieved in that day. It may not be much but at least I have inched closer to my dream. We live in a society of scratch my back as I scratch yours - the world of favors. This is not how I see it. I vision a society of civilized people who contribute something small for the good of a country. My country is Kenya, a rising nation which despite of its perennial problems has managed to shake of its problems and is now moving forward. I want to be part of tomorrow, and its by the little that I account for in every day’s evening that will take me there.
I’m Mr.Wilfred Githuka, Kenyan. Electrical & Electronics Engineering student at Kenyatta University, also working at the Mombasa-Nairobi Standard Gauge Railway Project. Thank you for visiting my site where I share what I have learnt. This website is my small place on this vast internet where I can share, inspire and teach others.
My interests lie within the high speed railway systems and also Renewable Energy spheres of Electrical Engineering. I like to research on tomorrows electrical engineering and solve problems that society is experiencing through electrical power. I can speak fluent Mandarin(Chinese Language) so on my free time I will be studying Chinese characters and looking at how Chinese technology can be applied in Kenya to help us solve our power systems. We have a lot to learn about Chinese technology so I will continue to improve my Mandarin written skills in a bid to bridge the technology gap between my country and China
The purpose of this website is to share information, since every effort is take to ensure the accuracy of the information here, am open for critics and correction of facts that may be contented due to time. Drop me a comment for any clarification.
